Giving people back their energy

It’s possible to put power back in the hands of consumers. From the 1st of July 2019, new legislation to protect the rights of energy consumers comes into effect. The Essential Services Commission (ESC) who set the new rules for the Victorian Government, appointed Icon Agency to create an awareness campaign to motivate consumers to exercise their new rights under the energy reforms.

The Essential Services Commission is an independent regulator that promotes the long term interests of Victoria's electricity and gas consumers. From 1 July 2019, the Victorian Government introduced new energy reforms, and we're setting the rules. This video tells you what's changing.
